is there any right way to connect them where they would respond accuratly?

Hi Friends, my wife received passport request email in Friday. She submitted webform to request two way courier service by VFS and she received payment link email today. She paid and received a reference ID. We haven't received any confirmation email separately confirming this payment and informing her of the next steps. We are not sure what the next steps are. Can you please help us and tell what the next steps are after paying via the payment link? We are very confused. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey when did u get confirmation mail after the payment? I got the payment link and made the payment but unable to send them the screenshot of payment because my mail is blocked to ccavenue. Havent got any other mail confirmation or instruction mail.

Child passport needs to be couriered directly to high commission in Delhi.

I did not get any additional document mail.

From My company I was the first who had submitted passport on 21st July. after that few others had filled up form on 27th, 28th July. They got their passport back last week and Mine is under process from while now.

Yes, vfs has an office in jalandhar. I gave my biometrics in that vfs office. I applied from new Delhi but my stamping was done in chandigarh so nothing to worry about

If you have received the payment link and you have already paid, wait for 1-2 days and you will receive an email with awb (tracking number) along with instructions.
