1) you should submit one Webform for each applicant
2) VFS team will circle back asking for UCI of all applicants
3) you have to provide the UCI of all applicants in that email response
4) VFS will then send you the payment link (one common link with a total amount for all applicants)
5) once you make the payment you will get AWB details and your pick up will be arranged

I received only the below SMS from VFS,

Visa application, tracking ID No. ******** Π Decision envelope has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 2021-03-12 10:08:06 AM vide courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website. - VFS Global

Any idea on where to find the AWB number to track the return courier?

No no, when filling the web form you need to enter file number, which will be both for same. The. You will get an email asking for UCI for dependent.

Yes u also need to submit the ppr letter which u received from ircc and 2 photos as per the guidelines

Thanks for the help from this group so far.. I had received an email saying my address is not serviceable ( for my parents' TRV) As suggested in this group, I gave an address in Trivandrum City and close to a Blue Dart office, mentioning I can also drop the passport if the courier can't pick it up.
I got the payment link after 4 days. I made the payment. Could not pay before 4 PM Indian time.
1. Will it get delayed?
2. The passport, the request letter and forms need to be in an A4 sized envelope right? Does it have to be sealed? After receiving the AWB number and date of pick up, can we drop the envelope at the Blue Dart office itself? In that case, do we inform the courier guy that he does not have to come for pick up?
