Does this mean visa is stamped on passport ? It is just matter of passport being delivered home?

congratulations! How did you track the package on blue dart, did you get AWB no. or Tracking id? And were you able to track the same day it was dispatched?

I was able to track it after 5-6 hrs I got the message for dispatch. The AWB number will be mentioned on the payment receipt you must have got from VFS, on the top right side of the receipt

Submitted passport for PR got emails that it was delivered to New Delhi Visa office and in process from April 12th. Does the 3 weeks general timeline includes vfs working days only ? I am PR applicant
