My passport is at NDVO since 4th March ,
I got the reply from MP on my passport stamping

“ Counterfoil was printed today – which means that the passport was received – they don’t have a note showing receipt of passport, however, they would not print counterfoil if no receipt of passport
“

What does this means ?

Yes thats fine, as long as at your new address your present or any of your IDs are presented when receiving back the passport

Hey, reg the update in GCkey, the status for us right now reads "Submitted". Does it change to Updated or something, with any other PDFs dropping in your inbox?
