Been three weeks no update from in process stage, why it's taking this much time for COPR , raised web form, contacted customer support all are saying heavy volumes of application and no proper processing timeline

Reached IRCC - 20th April
Dispatch notification - 29th April
Counterfoil generated - 29th April
Delivered 30th April
After exactly 10 calendar days of reaching IRCC.

Is it ircc new Delhi Office ?

hello @theprabhsingh . No I haven;t received any update yet.
I checked my cic profile too. Waiting.

Mine was sent to me yesterday to my location, may be today may be tomorrow i'll get itt,
in my gckey i can see my counterfoil e-COPR, document number & expiry,
my pp was under process on April 26th and dispatched May 03rd

Yes, its normal lots of people didn't see update Approved message in gckey and their passports dispatched to their location,
check your gckey regularly,

I got dispatch email more than a day ago.

This also happens when there is some rectification required in the package (photos etc.) sent to IRCC for stamping. So, IRCC send it back with a letter of what’s needed to be corrected.

Hey guys, we have just received our stamped passports back with validity till December (Relieved). It has been a long and arduous journey.
My GC Key still has not updated so giving it its own time. Thanks for all your replies and let me know if you have any questions.

Got this message today morning
" The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. XXX has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, to the Canada Visa Application Centre in NEWDELHI. "

Does this mean my stamping went fine ? I cannot see my counterfoil yet. Just nervous about the ongoing photo errors. I measured my photo dimensions in photoshop and also manually.
Also I am unable to track the AWB number from the Invoice-Acknowledgement receipt.

Unless you have your stamped passport in hand or counterfoil generated & Final decision as approved in your GCKey account, you can’t confirm if the passport is sent with a visa stamp. Keep checking your GCKey account today at regular intervals.
