I am also waiting to hear from IRCC or VFS on PR application. Passport was received by VFS on 21st July, which was then submitted to IRCC on 23rd July.
Hi Friends, my wife received passport request email in Friday. She submitted webform to request two way courier service by VFS and she received payment link email today. She paid and received a reference ID. We haven't received any confirmation email separately confirming this payment and informing her of the next steps. We are not sure what the next steps are. Can you please help us and tell what the next steps are after paying via the payment link? We are very confused. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am under process since the 28th - is there a way to contact them? I think I read somewhere someone had to contact them to confirm if the passport was received...webform? email address?
