Applying for my parents citizenship, there are 2 separate requirement for photocopies:
1) Photocopy of biographical pages of passport
2) 2 pieces of personal identification (samples listed here includes passport as well)
So my question is:
If I submit passport (requirement #1), can the passport be counted as part of "2 pieces of personal identification" (requirement #2) as well? I.e. I'd submit total 2 photocopies: one of passport and another of (let say) health insurance card. Or do I need to submit any other piece of personal identification?
Health card is fine, However as I understand you need another piece of identification other than passport copy, You can get one from service Ontario. https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontario-photo-card
