Tuberculosis History for Super Visa

I'm applying for Super Visa for my mother and I'm wondering if I should mention about her TB history or not. She had mild TB almost 15 years ago. I don't mind mentioning this in the history but does that make her go through additional tests at CMM? She has no other problems..

If asked whether she has had TB before she should be honest. There is a good chance she may have some lung damage from the TB which will show up on a chest x-ray. If so she will have to do a sputum culture and repeat chest x-ray which will take around 3 months.
