Trying to link the application

Hi,

I have been trying to link the application since last few days, and on different computers but I am not able to link the application. I have application number or UCI number everything but the message I get is "our system is currently unavailable" please try again later. I have tried all tricks and enter all the information but still I am not able to link. Does anyone having any issues or just me?

Sorry I forgot to mention, I am trying to link in Spousal application..

make sure you try single.

use this way
1. choose application # and Family name
2. Do not fill place of birth and county of birth leave both of them blank not even a space.
3. Fill passport information
4.fill the last part as in your application
5. # of applicants =2
