TRV visa validity

I read somewhere that canada issues visa with a validity of one month before of passport expiry for Indian passport holders. But when i received my stamped passport, i got validity which expires just day before of passport expiry. Anyhow it's good to me, just wanted to share with group.

This is now the default practice if you are issued a multiple-entry visa and your passport is valid for <10 years.

Yes unless cancelled. A visa is never guaranteed. Most are not cancelled.

Yeah its like you are supposed to live 1000 years unless u die.

Visas do get cancelled for a variety of reasons so are never guaranteed.

visa expiry and visa getting cancelled are two different things. in that context nothing is guaranteed including human life.

Never said expired. Always said cancelled. It happens for various reasons not as rare as you think but wouldn’t worry about it.
