No it is not . Every file is accessed differently. I applied on for my mom August 14 got approved on August 22 . Processing time was 32 days that time . Approved is 5 days . When the documents information is not clear they take longer to validate the information .

What do you mean document information not clear? I have submitted every document and also additional supporting documents in case of doubt. Also, my wife is on work permit there already. The visa is to visit her.

The application for parents gets the priority to make a decision.because there is hardly any chances to overstay or applying for work permit..Personally i don't recommend any one to apply for trv when spouse is on work permit. The chances are less in these type of cases.

Having a job offer is not the only thing IRCC consider when making decision regarding the application . No objection letter certificate from employer exemption to the amount 30 lakhs does not prove stronger ties to the home country . Immigration officers look into so many factors like family members behind , age , reception status in Canada ,job of the reception, bank balance , intention behind visit , funds ,sources of funds , property on your name etc , all these things make a stronger profile if put together .I hope you will get approved .

No objection letter certificate from employer exemption to the amount 30 lakhs does not prove stronger ties to the home country . Immigration officers look into so many factors like family members behind , age , reception status in Canada ,job of the reception, bank balance , intention behind visit , funds ,sources of funds , property on your name etc , all these things make a stronger profile if put together .I hope you will get approved .
