TRV taking longer

Hi,
I submitted online application for me and my wife's tourist visa on march 26th 2019 from India.
27th march got the biometrics request form
28th march completed biometrics.
1st April started review of eligibility
11th April recieved email from CIC stating large number of applications and be patient.
Since then its almost a month and no correspondence from CIC. No update on online account also.

How can i check whats going on with my application? How long it can probably take? Anyone pls help

Nobody can answer as to how long can it take. You can raise a CSE using the IRCC webform, if not already.
