I applied for a TRV to Canada through mail to the Los Angeles consulate. Here's my timeline:
I got my PP back today. It took exactly 30 business days. So if you need it sooner, go in person.
I have been the same problem with the LA consulate. They received my application on June 13, and it has passed their processing times. I get no replies to my faxes or emails, and I have to be to school August 20...I'm also sure they'll want me to have a medical exam, so I am not sure what to do!! Any ideas??
