I have my passport delivered on 20th Nov, until now i still don't see any update on my online application. I have sent a web form to them and hopefully they can get back to me soon. They should at least let me know that they got the passport.

I just called them they said my passport has been out of delivery i will receive it by tomorrow evening

Passport sent on 18th November
Passport received on19th November
Application approved on 29th
Passport sent on 3rd December will receive it by tomorrow in my mail box just had talk with ircc and canada post also i hope you get it very soon

I called them but because of high volume of calls they're not able to connect my call to an agent.

Request for passport: 19 Nov 2019
Passport sent: 19 Nov 2019
Passport accepted: 21 Nov 2019
Online status change to approved: 3 DEC 2019
Tracker has not been activated(Pre-paid Xpresspost)
Called them they said the officer still have 1-3 weeks to finalize everything before release to Canada Post
Have flight on Dec 13, sooooo worried
