I would like to check if anyone experienced similar problem with CIC. I applied for TRV online after BOWP. I got a note in my email ID saying application got updated. But when I logged into the site, I don't see any updates and application showing in submitted status. Is anyone faced this problem?. How to contact CPP Ottawa Pilot office regarding this. I called call center and they mentioned they don't address TRV related issues.
