My spouse and child got a visitor / TRV visa as my dependents while I was in Canada on Work Permit. This is valid until Jan 2024 with multiple entries. They came to Canada once for couple of months.
After my WP I have returned to India and came back to Canada in July 2022 as PR.
My question is, the TRV my spuse and child holding which has validity till 2024 can be used now to visit me ?

Yes they can try to visit you on their currents TRVs. If they are not true visitors and are trying to live in Canada that could be problematic. If they want to move to Canada you should be applying to sponsor them.
