On the IMM5257E, there is a question "Within the past 2 years, have you or a family member ever had tuberculosis of the lungs or or been in close contact with a person with tuberculosis?"
I had TB in 2009 (so about 9 years ago), underwent the 6 months treatment, took the sputum test and was cleared. I undergo an annual physical exam as a requirement for work and has always been cleared by the doctors.
Question is, should I answer this question with a yes or no?
