Yesterday I visited Canadian VAC in Jeddah and noticed that many Saudi applicants were sending(PPR) and receiving(with visa) their passports. Are they currently processing applications for Saudis only?

My Saudi friend is still waiting for her visa since June 8. I don't think they are processing Saudis only!

im on my 26th business days because they closed 2 days during sept and oct.. nothing from them...
one applicant applied through gckey on sep 29th.. they started reviewing the eligibility today!

i sent crisis webform on 12 oct included my vaccination cert and the urgency of getting the visa... im planning to go the embassy next week and not leave there before i meet someone...

Dont know the exact date but they applied again after 7th sept
