Yes the silence was killing but you have to follow up with emails.

Email to whom? the last webform we raised, it just said COVID which is pretty generic. Did you use another method to contact them?

If you have done biometrics or applied for trv within the past 10yrs your biometrics validity is still valid

Have you applied for trv before if yes then you might still receive your biometrics correspondence letter and immediately after or some couple of days later you will get a decision

Yes your ICU and Application number with your passport number and name asking for update on your submitted application.
