May be you should withdraw file and apply again as so much time has passed

I was thinking on the same line. I did read in this forum sometime back that someone who applied on Oct-16 for a PPR request last week.... So kind of confused.

Hi there, a little information for everyone waiting for their PPR, Call IRCC and request call back option when asked. Agent will give you a call back about your query. However, ask them about your application and they will tell you about it.
I called them this morning at 8:15 and I got a call back at 9:15. The agent told me that your application has been approved and you will get your passport request next week. IRCC ottawa : 18882422100.

Use same options about knowing process of ur application and once the computer operated system tells you the whole process, selectt option about talking to an agent, when they put you on the line select option about getting a call back

Sharing a timeline here;
Myself and my husband submitted separate applications for TRV inside Canada on Feb 11, 2022.
He received the PPR on Feb 20
Passport delivered at Ottawa office on Feb 28, Counterfoil generated March 03 (validity until Dec 2022, same as Work permit).
For myself, Eligibility started on March 01, nothing yet!
