Decision Feb 11 and passport sent back via Canada post
the link was activated on Feb 11 at night

The TRV was granted for passport end time which is longer than work permit by 3 years

I am waiting for the Canada post tracking link. what time in the night was the tracking link activated for you?

I applied on Jan 29 . I also sent in web form along with my application as I have family emergency. They received the document and said they have expedited the process based on request.

Their TRV option does not appear in your profile. You need to apply for them from their own account. Create an account for your wife, see if your daughter's TRV appears in it.
