Applied on 30th of November and Eligibility review started today. How long does it usually take from here?

My withdrawal request for my first application (Jan 4, 2021) got processed today. Had a letter on my account that basically says as per your request we have closed this application and you are eligible for a refund. No updates on my second application yet - Applied on Oct 14th.

Is there anybody who's eligibility started and then again went back to not started and got there PPR?

Hey, as far as I know we can't have two applications processing at the same time - I didn't want to risk it so sent in a withdrawal request when I submitted the second application. However I have seen people on this forum have two applications and being approved for one - so not really sure if its necessary or not.

This is going to be me very soon - I applied for TRV (second application) on Oct 14th and planning to travel end of Dec due to an emergency. Did your friend inform IRCC about travelling? Do you know if his file has been transferred to India for processing?
