I am not sure me and my wife applied for TRV in our individual portals , and we have our pr file in my portal , she got her visa stamping and I am yet to get the PPR

I have no clue how IRCC picks the applications. I see here that people are waiting since January and they are approving recent TRV applications...it's ridiculous
at least, they have to communicate if we have to reapply or not

Hi everybody,

Has anyone been able to call CIC and ask all these questions? I spent hours on the phone only to be told the 'system' to check applications was frozen and I had to call back.
I have no idea about:
- For inland with apps > 6months old, do we need to withdraw + reapply? What if withdrawal doesn't get processed on time and both applications end up being denied?
- Do we need to send proof of vaccination as webform?
- Also, is it just me or the webform link is not working anymore as I don't see any form anywhere on this link ? https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp
