I do submitted webform around 25 days back and recently 10 days back,No they direct sent ppr. No eligibility were ongoing before

Try calling CIC and emailing them with the scenario. Get the approval in written so that you can do that in VFS India.

So many Thursday have been passed but still CIC is sleeping. If they wakeup for a minute give PPR request to 1 person in 100000
