Applied for trv inside Canada on 2th of Dec. Eligibility started today.

i raised a webform a couple of days ago with all of my frustration over the wrecked system. i dont think it would have mattered.

I GOT THIS EMAIL FROM DELHI IMMIGRATION

I SENT THEM EMAIL YESTERDAY REGARDING MY APPLICATION IN IN PROCESS SINCE NOV 25

Yes. I got mine delivered to me just yesterday.

Here is my Timeline:
TRV Applied: November 17, 2020
Passport Request Received: December 16, 2020
Passport Sent: December 18, 2020
Passport Delivered to CPC: December 21, 2020
Return Tracking Activated: January 7, 2021
Passport Delivered to Me: January 8, 2021

I filled the Web Form on January 4, 2021, stating that I need to travel to my Home Country urgently. On January 6, 2021, I got a call from IRCC asking for the reason for my travel. After verifying that my reason was genuine, the representative asked for the tracking number I used to send the passport and confirmed that they have my Passport and will proceed with the Visa Stamping on the same day. They told me that my Passport will be mailed to me soon. Luckily on January 6, 2021, I got a message in my CIC account stating that they have my passport and will send it to me on January 7, 2021.

I asked the representative why it is taking this long to process the applications. They told me because of the recent Lockdown imposed in Ontario, IRCC has reduced the workforce at their locations. Most of the employees are working from home these days. The printing of Visas only takes place around 1-2 times a week.

I hope you get your Passport soon.

I just noticed that the processing times for TRV visa inside Canada has reduced to 42 days. So that means, processing is happening and that is god news. Isn't it?

I got an email from embassy we can stamping from anywhere in the world if you get approved

Did you get the email from Cic in Canada also? Did you confirm with them as well?
I submitted a webform asking the same thing but no reply yet

Yes even received an email from delhi embassy they advised when we get approved we may proceed our nearest VAC vfs to submit passport.
M leaving to india on Jan 23 2020 even my consultant advised to me same thing


No choice to wait here
