Hello. As long as I have a WP, I want to confirm that I will be let back into Canada when I return from my home country? Will I have any problem coming back into Canada? Would I need to have a job?

I don’t think so.
Tell them that u are planning to quarantine for 14 days at specific locations also have your negative test ready at arrival.
If they asks in detail that what will u be doing ask them that u are gonna be working on a company which u had been working part time as astudent.

congratulations and thanks for responding . Are you on a study permit ? Or a work permit? Just so we can place how long they take depending on status. Also how long did wait for your passport request after the eligibility review started please? I applied Dec 4 so this gave me good morale
