1. I applied on Oct 2nd, 2020 (inland TRV)
2. Got OPR on Oct 27th, 2020 and sent my passport to Ottawa Office same day via Canada post xpress
3. Waiting for passport with actual TRV, I will update the forum when I get it

It was just an update and its still stuck at we are reviewing
I think they’re gonna take time
