ICT WP until 2024. applied TRV paper Sep 9th. PR e-APR 21 Oct. No update on PPR yet. IRCC says (since past 3weeks) everything completed but they just need to send PPR letter. not sure if I ever get it due to ongoing PR app.

I was previously on visitor visa then I applied for inland PR sponsorship and along with that applied for open work permit. Can I apply for my parents visitor visa to visit me during Christmas . I was missing them and as I am on inland PR sponsorship application, I can’t travel much until a decision has been made on my file. My medical exam is done.
Is there good chances to get my parents visitor visa or any one of them also if can come during Christmas.
