Got PPR on Sept 23,2022.

I applied on 28th august, no update yet. When did you eligibility review started?

Maybe it will help some of you better understand the real wait times.
Study permit extension case. TRV, online application.

8/16/22 - applied online.
9/16/22 - direct ppr (evening around 6 PM) + sent passport via Canada post immediately.
9/20/22 - the envelope is still in transit.

The processing time estimator showed a 16-day average wait time that day.

Did your eligibility review started or you got direct ppr? I applied on 28th august online, no update yet

I don't think I ever received any sort of document from IRCC within the listed processing time. You're like one week over the listed time - assuming 15 days means "calendar" days and not "business" days - and it's not even the scale at which IRCC delays operate. FWIW I applied online on Aug 11 and my status is "we'll let you know once we start reviewing your eligibility", so you're actually one step ahead.
Should you be worried? Probably not, unless you need to travel within a month.

Bro I believe if you get PPR you might be able to get it stamped at the VFS in your own country. I believe veteran members might be able to corroborate on this further if true.

I think you should wait for the approval. Once you get an approval then you can submit passport at VFS in Pakistan. Main khud uska intezar kar raha hoon bro also, when do you wanna depart? If it is by 10th October I think you will be approved by then IA

You have to enter the dates that you mentioned in the application. Try all type like enter names with capitals etc. Still Dont work out Call ircc and try with them on call.
