Check the messages because mine was underreiew even after getting PPR. Under review status changed when my counterfoil was updated in the account

I know webforms are pointless and so is calling IRCC.. Is there anything anyone can do if one has to leave due to an emergency without TRV? I know coming back is going to be tough and long
