Hi, if you want your passport to be stamped in India, they are asking for biometrics detail. But, since having applied for Trv inside Canada, we didn't require any biometrics. So, how would you justify having your passport stamped in India without the Biometric info ?
just tell them you applied in Canada and you are exempt from biometrics currently. I did that in June 2019.

It takes longer than the normal time to get your passport back due to the pandemic situation. However, if the lockdown is lifted and restrictions are eased, they might speed it up.

NO, Eligibility Review has not started. I just got submission confirmation on Feb 1st, and nothing changed since then.
