TRV Extension

My study permit & TRV expired on march 31, 2022. I have already received my extended study permit and I have already applied for TRV extension on May 17 from inside Canada. Now, my father's 50th birthday is coming up in June second week and I had planned a surprise vacation for us to Mexico. If my passport isn't stamped with TRV before I leave for Mexico, Would I be allowed to enter back into canada since my TRV application is still processing? Can the passport be stamped at the airport of entry since I had already submitted my TRV application back on may 17 and I have the submission confirmation letter for it. I also already have a valid study permit till the next year.
