TRV - email from VFS Dubai

I applied for TRV on 28th Aug. and submitted my passport along with my application. And today, after a week, I received below email and SMS from VFS

We would like to inform you that your correspondence has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, on 04 Sep 2019 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.

The same message is appearing in the tracking forum. What does it mean, is it approved or rejected?

I was given TRV last time in 2016 with multiple entries, but the application was processed in 40 days and at that time I didn't submit my passport with the application. So I was requested to submit passport. But this time I have submitted passport along my application, so I am not sure, what is the decision? Can someone suggest what type of response I can expect? I am from Pakistan and I applied from VFS Dubai.

Because you got the visa once they probably processed your file quikly i have read similair case here
