Currently working in Kuwait and have a TRV valid up to May 2028.
We are planning to travel this year to Canada for tourism and visit some friends and relatives.
All were vaccinated.

Question:
1. Can I apply on their behalf for TRV of my wife (housewife) and kids (13 and 15 age) while they are in the Philippines?
2. Can I use my IRCC account? If Yes how?
3. Should I apply in the New IRCC Portal or GCKey?

Note:
I'll be using only my portal for their online applications and payment while the submittal of Biometrics/Passport will be in the Philippines.
