Guys

I have sent my passport for PR visa to CIC Ottawa. Does the TRV is cancelled once PR visa is issued. If I travel outside Canada after PR visa stamped , Can I come back with TRV or I need to do the landing mandatorily.

AFAIK, the TRV will get cancelled since you are getting a permanent one, do you have a problem landing???
