I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.
Sir I know what I want but thre are only selective 4-5 options to select. ( visit<6 months, Visit >6 months, Transit, Permanently moving etc. and purpose : to visit family, work, job, medical etc)
Unfortunately you seem quite close to your RO which may be the issue. If you can’t get a TRP you don’t have a choice. There are drawbacks from having children abroad and staying out of Canada for almost 3 years.

If I have to sponsor my child which it may take at least 6 months, then rest of the family members will not fill up the RO of 2 yrs. Thats why I am trying for TRP. And not yet sure how to apply for it and for how many days they will issue it (If they are positive at all!)
In that case you need to make absolutely sure you return before May 14, 2020. If you cannot get a TRV or TRP for your child, then one parent will have to move to Canada ahead of the rest of the family to submit the PR application for the child.
The validity of your PR card doesn't matter. What matters is when you landed and left Canada.

Guys please help. How can I pay the TRP fee? I payed previously TRV fee with my credit card. Now I am applying again online and will pay the usual TRV fee of 100 CAD. But will they process my application without the 200CAD fee?

Yes you have to pay both fees. Just apply for TRV and mention in the invitation letter that ur applying for trp and attach the proof u have already paid 200$ trp fee
