Somebody please help me figure this out.

I am applying for an extension of a study permit online.
I filled out the IMM5709 form, but when I upload it to CIC it tells me this:

"Error occurred while validating your Document, please verify your document and retry".

The form is validated on the computer and I triple-checked everything, however I still can't submit it.

Does anybody know what this could be?
