Hi, just a bit of info on the issues I have had trying to get my schedule A and pcc attached to our application. I don't have the upload button on the online account and after numerous request via web form technical difficulties to try and resolve I attached the document at the end of April 2017. The second week of May my husband contacted CIC-M who advised it has not been attached and for me to try again. We waited 10 days still nothing. I then contacted my local VO who advised I should email it to them and they will see what they can do. Waited another 10 days and then my husband called CIC -M again to see if it was attached and guess what no it has not. The agent did advise that they normal 10 day turnaround for technical difficulties etc is now standing at 25 working days. She then said it's best to rather mail the documents to them as it would be faster.
So if you are waiting to upload or feedback rather just send it via courier. I had DHL collect the forms from me this morning with delivery of next week Wednesday. South Africa to Canada and $70 later, hopefully now they will receive it and my application can proceed.
Note: if courier delivers you have to give the physical address and not the postal unless you are in Canada then it can go to the P.O. Box.
Hope this helps any who are having the same issues.

Hi Chansa, I'm currently having a similar problem (but more so about which address to use) to send the Schedule A via courier. Did you use the Robert Speck courier address to send the docs with DHL?

Thanks for letting me know. I'll be sending it shortly via fedex. What was the outcome of your visa? I'm assuming you've been approved or close to getting your approval seeing as you sent in your Schedule A back in May? Did they notify you once you sent in the Sched A? Best of luck and thank you again for your advice!
