I have some issue getting this letter from my employer. I have drafted a reference letter but HR refused to provide my request as most Vietnam public offices has one format with information which only includes names, job title, employment period (no letterhead). I managed to have another reference letter with job duties signed by my Department head.
So is it possible if I submit the experience letter from HR and the reference letter from my Department head along with 2 visit cards instead?
