Travelling out of Canada two weeks before receiving first PR Card

I am an Indian Passport Holder and having PR which I have to get activated by 31st May 2018 by landing in Toronto, Canada when my PR will be activated and PR card will be processed in 60 days. However for some urgent reason I have to travel back to India for two weeks before my PR card arrives. So what documents are needed to enable me travel and how do i get the same

You don't need anything to leave Canada. To return to Canada you'll either need your PR card or a PR travel document.

Since I have to travel before receipt of PR Card, could you please inform what can be done to obtain PR travel document (In the absence of PR Card which will take time to arrive) before leaving Canada so that I can return without hassles. Also since I may be in India when PR Card arrives, please inform if PR card can be received by my relative in Canada with whom I will be staying temporarily. Thanks for your time and efforts.

1. You can't apply for a PR TD in Canada, you have to apply at an overseas office.
2. You can have your relative courier to you in India.
