Hi my husband is a PR here in Canada he's been here for 3.5 years and needs to travel overseas due to family reasons can he travel with just the PR Card or will he need a Pr card Travel Document.
Will he need a temporary visa and anything else?

Well obviously a valid passport as well and if COVID restrictions continue which seems likely be prepared to spend 14 days in quarantine on the return to Canada. Also maybe check any COVID requirements at his destination such as quarantine or a COVID test
