Travel to back home and taking offf semester

I am an International student and have done my first semester in last fall, 2015 and 2nd semester in winter but I am taking off with this semester and going to back home. My study permit is going to expire this July, 2016. I will take my 2nd semester in summer. But, college program's does not have any break officially and they have admission in all intake.


Please guide me can I go back home and come back in summer and will take 2nd semester in summer instead of this winter, 2016.

Is there no issue to go back home and taking off the semester?
