Travel to another country while processing is in progress

Hi,

My wife has received ITA and will be submitting the application in next couple of days. Due to the current situation, I know the biometrics appointment in India will be further delayed.
I have received a job contract from EU, so following are doubts.

Can I travel to another country after submitting my ITA application? If yes since my wife is the primary applicant Can I give the biometric in one country and wife in India?
Or if I take wife with me, can we both give the biometrics in another country?

Yes you can take your wife with you and have the Biometric done together in EU.

Thank you, one more doubt. If the travel restrictions doesn't allow my wife to travel to EU, is there an option for me to give biometrics in EU and my Wife in India?
