I have visitors travelling to Canada (on standard visitor visa). One of them is a liver transplant patient with high bp and diabetes but has a stable health condition. I have not been able to find a travel insurance so far that would cover his pre-existing conditions. Underwriting approval seems hard to get. Are there any recommended agencies or approaches for this case?
