I am confuse about the travel history, how to mention dates? Should I mentione the FROM DATE = date I left INDIA OR entered a FOREIGN country (have stamps for both cases on my passport)?
TO DATE = date I left Foreign country OR entered back INDIA (mostly no stamp leaving the foreign country)
The problem with mentioning TO = Date I left Foreign country is that there is no stamp on my passport. I have to refer air tickets for that.
FROM DATE = the date you entered a foreign country TO DATE = date you left the foreign country. If you're unsure of the date because you don't have a stamp or travel records then use the date you returned to India. (It doesn't matter but to be extra safe you can always explain in your LOE).
I doubt they look through the stamps as they only require your current passport not ones for all 10 years.
In 2010, I was traveling from a foreign country and because of the snow storm my flight got canceled and got scheduled for the next day but even that day it go delayed further. Now I dont remember whether I left on 27th (evening) or 28th (i.e after 12am).
I was definitely in the airport on 27th but I think the flight left on 28th but not sure.

Also, In the Travel History, it asks for City/Town or region of visit:
during my stay in the foreign country, I studied in one state while living in the other state....Should I mention both the states with by using State1 and State2. Or just one state ?

this way it might create question about how come I am studying in a University which is in another state. Although, it is a neighbor state I travel about 2 hours twice every week.

I am very confused about this question myself. I am referring to the travel history question (question 21 on the PR card renewal form).
- Is it correct to assume that the 'from' date is the date I left Canada? Due to flight time, the entry stamp I have in my passport would be the following day
- How are the number of days counted? For example:
From: 1-Jan-2018 to 20-Jan-2018, does this count as 20 days or 18 days since the days of travel are considered days of partial presence in Canada?
- What if I traveled to the US and returned the second day, so for example entered US on 4-April and left US on 5-April. Does this count as 0 days of absence?
