"From" date in travel history should be date we left our citizenship country or date when we reached foreign country? and same question to "to" date
 
From is the date stamped on your passport.

u mean departure date stamped when u leave home country? Or arrival date stamped when u arrive in foreign country?
 
Tbh, any would do, it shouldnt be more than 48hrs so its not a big difference and some countries dont stamp your passport at departures anyways.
