Travel documents review required but eligibility passed, shall I expect delay?

Yesterday I have received my first set of GCMS notes.
on the notes, everything looks good, except that in the middle of notes,(around Page 50)

there are review required under travel documents (passports)

Shall I expect delay on processing because of this review required?
or is it okay to ignore since my eligibility got passed?

Minimum Funds: Not met
MST Funds Exempt: N
FSW Funds Exempt: N

I think my agent put my funds to bring to Canada as 5300 (I have no f idea why they did it)
shall I be worried?

I think probably I told them I have 5300 in chequing and 10000 for saving, and they might have forgot about the saving part..?

I do have more than enough money required in my bank accounts. Eligibility is passed but shall I still raise CSE? any links of guide to how to raise cse?

I do not see SETTLEMENT FUNDS on the case analyst's note like other GCMS notes..

in the beginning, it does see CEC MEC-Met but FUNDS sections is missing from there too.
other section like FSW MEC or MST MEC I do see Funds-not met though.
