Review required acc. to GCMS for eligibility

Hi all,

My aor is 16th September 2018 and I received GCMS notes last week.

Under assessment it states:
Eligibility: Review required
Security: Not started
HIRV:
Criminality: Not started
Org crime:
Medical: Passed.

In case processing officers notes there is nothing mentioned about the review so I'm not sure what the review is for. Has anyone faced similar issue?
