The webforms I raised to rectify some minor errors in my profile like my Dad's city of residence (parents are divorced so not in touch with him) and difference of working hours in my letter and profile, have review required. These were just LOE for better explanation but it says review required.
Should I be worried?

Simply means that an officer needs to look through them. Almost all additional docs or queries sent via webform will automatically have Review required attached to them.
