It’s fine for you too apply. The RO is 730 days in the first 5 years. Alternately, you can cross at a land boarder with your COPR and passport. CBSA can determine if you are a PR.

Since you did your landing only a few months before so number of days of stay doesn't matter. But report honestly the number of days you were in Canada. Check for processing time to get the PR TD. You can even fly to the nearest border city to Canada and take a rent a car or ask a friend to pick you up from US and present the CoPR paper at the Canada border agents.
